You should be the kind of person who can show up, assemble furniture, talk to customers, and move like it’s your business — because it will be. If you're driven, dependable, and ready to grind with us as we grow, this is your launchpad. You’ll help shape not just the day-to-day operations, but the brand, the team, and the future of SetupRx. 👷 What You'll Do (Day One):
Assemble furniture, mount TVs, and install shelving
Travel to customer homes or offices (with your own tools)
Handle client interaction and on-site professionalism
Help build a team of trusted assemblers over time
Be the face of SetupRx in the field as we grow
📈 What You'll Earn:
Equity ownership in the company (negotiated stake based on contribution)
Revenue share from every job you complete (more than just a paycheck)
Future leadership role as we scale across California and launch the app
💪 You Should Be:
Handy and confident with tools, furniture builds, and wall installs
Hungry to build a business, not just do jobs
Clean-cut, respectful, and dependable
Able to work flexibly (weekends & evenings sometimes)
Okay with a little grind in exchange for long-term upside
🌎 Bonus If You:
Have your own truck, van, or tools
Speak Spanish
Have experience in moving, staging, or remodeling
Want to eventually manage your own SetupRx territory
