Welcome to SetupRx! By using our website, booking services, or interacting with our team, you agree to the following terms and policies. We’ve written them in plain English to keep things clear and respectful.

🧰 Services

SetupRx offers in-home and on-site services including (but not limited to):
Furniture assembly, disassembly, wall mounting, TV mounting, furniture pickup & delivery, and light wall repair.

All services are provided by experienced technicians. While we do our best to complete each project safely and efficiently, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or structural limitations within your space (e.g. weak walls, old drywall, electrical/pipe interference behind mounting surfaces, etc.).

💳 Payments

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payment apps (Zelle, Venmo, etc.).

• Quotes are based on standard conditions. If the scope of the work changes (e.g. larger item, complex mounting, unexpected repair), we’ll inform you and adjust the price accordingly before proceeding.

🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment with no charge.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a $35 cancellation fee to cover lost time.

• If we arrive and cannot perform the service due to customer unavailability or unsafe conditions, a trip fee may apply.

🧼 Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service, we ask that you:

• Clear the workspace of pets, children, and furniture where possible

• Provide accurate details about the items to be assembled or mounted

• Ensure someone 18+ is present during service

• Disclose any structural issues or concerns in the service area

🛡️ Damage & Liability

Our team takes great care during service. In the rare case of damage caused during our work, SetupRx will assess the situation and resolve it in good faith.

However, SetupRx is not liable for:

• Damages related to furniture design/manufacturing defects

• Issues caused by incorrect wall construction or hidden elements (wires, plumbing, etc.)

• Improper use or customer-modified installations after service completion

🔐 Privacy Policy

We value your trust. Any personal information you provide (name, contact info, address) is used only for service coordination and internal communication. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
